When designing a room, acoustics have to be taken into consideration, whether that be a private home, with acoustic treatment being used to prevent noise pollution from neibours or a busy road, or in a professional manor such as a TV studio or a recording studio were a good listening environment is essential to the production of both TV and music.

There are many different environments that require all sorts of acoustic conditions. Here is some research I have done that show some very interesting elements that need to be taken into consideration when designing an environment.
